To avoid no shows and late cancelations for initial sessions, we are now charging a $50 non-refundable deposit for the intake session. This deposit will credit your account to cover co-pays or payment for services if the appointment is kept.

Intake Session, 50-55 minutes: $135

Seminars and Classes: Nominal Fee, Dependant on Group Size

Strategic Management Consultation: Dependant on Project and Group Size

Currently a health care provider for numerous insurance companies including: Aetna, Altius, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Coventry, EMI Health, Humana, LifeSync, Tricare, and others
Please call your insurance company to see if LSC is an on-panel provider, or if you have out-of-network coverage, and if a pre-authorization is needed.

Regretfully, we do not currently accept: IHC, Medicaid, Medicare, PEHP, or Select Health. But, if you'd like to pay out of pocket, there are discounts available for self-pay.
